Our room was lovely and modern with nice amenities like tea and large windows that open to the outdoors, and the service was highly efficient.

Greatly enjoyed having plentiful and satisfactory breakfast.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with refreshments, work space, complimentary refreshments huge TV and it was available. The refurbished restaurant food was well presented!

Particularly good location right by a business area, the bar/restaurant at Crowne Plaza Marlow, and the nearby park in a vibrant area. Continental breakfast, beautifully designed room with a modern bathroom and Prosecco, for instance;))

Nothing too much trouble, loved this place and recommend. The hotel was fairly clean with efficient and accommodating staff members. The breakfast included pastries, cereal, fresh bread, eggs and cheese.

Thought the cost was too high just because there was a wedding on the Sunday. We were not guests but seemed to pay a premium for the privilige of being there. Cannot remember the original quote being so high.

The hotel's breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a great selection of tea and coffee. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to a large lake, Marlow town center with restaurants, and a new restaurant. the lake was just a short 10-minute walk away.

Weddings - I feel people should be advised if weddings are taking place as certain facilities are not going to be available to residents. No problem with weddings, but feel it should be mentioned......

Restaurant was a disaster

The personnel here are friendly and always helpful, the surroundings are fantastic, and the rooms are quite tidy, plus it's a 40-minute drive to the airport.

The Hotel was spacious and modern, breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool/gym/suana/steam room went down a treat. There is a gorgeous sunbed pation and large garden overlooking the lake, plenty of room and very picturesque. If the weather is good, this is a very nice place to be, you really feel relaxed and away. Staff were very polite, professional and helpful, nothing was too much for them.

The only snag on staying here is that you definitely need a car to into the centre of town. The centre of town is a 20minute walk, and not a pretty one, hence the industrial estate. The club lounge lacked any colour or atmosphere and was very small, but the drinks and canope's were adequate enough.

Good leisure facilities, large comfortable room. Lovely views out over the lake, would be ideal should we get any long warm evenings.
